1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 818jl platform, including but not limited to all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, live dealer tables, and promotional offers, is governed by these Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account with 818jl, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 818jl, you must at all times satisfy the following requirements:

• Be a minimum of 21 years old;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• Not be subject to self-exclusion from any gambling platform or program;
• Not be listed on any exclusion register maintained by gaming regulatory authorities in the Philippines;
• Not currently be banned or suspended from the 818jl platform for any reason.

2.2 Registration Process

To register an account with 818jl, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must not use fictitious names, nicknames, or the identity of any other person during registration.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

818jl is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. We may request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and, where applicable, the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 818jl account at any time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 818jl reserves the right to close all accounts, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanently ban the associated player from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 818jl login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify 818jl immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 818jl account at any time by contacting customer support. 818jl reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

818jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 818jl does not accept deposits made by credit card.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos);
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name;
• 818jl does not charge platform-side deposit fees; third-party bank or e-wallet fees are the player's responsibility;
• Deposits are credited to your 818jl wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment channel used for the deposit wherever possible;
• Withdrawals may not be processed until KYC verification is complete on your account;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during regular operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's cut-off schedule;
• 818jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud detection protocols.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 818jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional benefits offered by 818jl are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal restrictions will be specified in the promotion details. 818jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

818jl employs fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of arbitrage betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 818jl reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently ban the offending account.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

818jl offers a range of gaming products including JILI slot games, live dealer casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others), bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, sabong, and other events. Game availability is subject to change, and certain games may be restricted in specific jurisdictions or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

6.2 Betting Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed by the 818jl system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except in circumstances where 818jl determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error (palpable error) was made in the setting of odds or game parameters. All bets are final upon confirmation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within each game interface. 818jl reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software failure, or communication error that interrupts a game round, 818jl will make reasonable efforts to determine the fair and equitable outcome of the interrupted round. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 818jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activities that facilitate money laundering through the platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Impersonating another player, 818jl staff member, or any other person;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 818jl staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 818jl's software or systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 818jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 818jl or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 818jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 818jl platform without prior written authorization from 818jl.

9 Responsible Gaming

818jl is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and player welfare. By using the platform, you agree to engage with the responsible gaming framework in good faith. The following tools are available to all registered 818jl players via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your 818jl wallet. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible losses per session or per time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications at specified intervals to track the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive in-session pop-up reminders displaying your net win/loss position and session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 818jl platform for a specified period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 818jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 818jl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform;
• Any errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through the platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any disputes between players.

818jl's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 818jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

818jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 818jl, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

818jl uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where consent has been provided), and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. 818jl does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

818jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 818jl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 818jl platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 818jl platform shall first be referred to 818jl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the appropriate courts or tribunals of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

818jl players who wish to escalate unresolved complaints relating to gaming conduct may contact the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
